To reserve a space all non-refundable deposits, need to be paid.

Modules are released individually one week prior to start (to reduce overload, but also to allow sometime to pre-read).

Cancelations:

The non-refundable cost to reserve your placement is non-refundable.

Cancelations:

Once you "click start" on a module, the module will be non-refundable.

Attendance Policy:

We strongly recommend that all live and online training hours are attended. If you need to miss any time, contact your lead trainer to discuss your options.

Max 16 hours for missed training with options to catch up in-person. It would be by donation/koha. (option is to change and pay per module).
